Nov. 13 - submitted FOIP request to CNP.
Dec. 17 - sent reminder that 30 days response time had expired.
Dec. 20 - faxed Request for Review (because of no response) to OIPC.
Dec. 31 - received response from CNP (CNP File #FOIP 2012-003).
Jan. 3 - Questioned some refusals. No response.
Jan. 8 - received snail-mail from OIPC acknowledging my Request for Review
Jan. 11 - faxed new Request for Review (because of refusals of information) to OIPC.
Jan. 22 - OIPC returned Request for Review by snail-mail due to fax transmission error. Resubmitted by snail-mail.
Feb. 8 -received response from OIPC. Investigation to be completed Apr. 26.
Feb. 12 -submitted request for Hotel contract, more on CPO deal, retreats, RiverRun bundling and Jamboree. Response due Mar. 12.
Mar. 14 -response to Feb. 12 request. Asked for clarifications and questioned some refusals. No response. Did not appeal.
Apr. 5 - Review of Nov. 13 request extended by Commissioner to July 25. (Since then the "Portfolio Officer" has been changed twice and the date for completion has been extended again to October 23, 2013.)
Aug. 2 - submitted request for info on:
- $3,800,000 figure referred to in the July Mayor's Corner.
- invitation of the Penrose Group to appear before Council.
-Re the Hotel Development Press Release, records indicating where information about the views of Council came from.
- Sinister 7 and Transrockies use of municipal assets, including related camping and concessions.
- Best Western franchise.
- review/assessment of emergency response following the recent flood events.
Sept. 12 - Sent Request for Review of Aug. 2 request (because of no response) to OIPC.
Oct. 3 - Received letter from CNP refusing to accept my request because of unrelated requests.
